Daddy Daughter Date

The Hubs took Isabella out for a "daddy daughter date" last night.  Their plans included a live production of the "Little Mermaid" and dinner.  She was SO excited. After asking at least a dozens times  if it was time to go yet, at last it was.  She had dressed herself, Merida Disney t-shirt, brown pants with sparkles on the hem, topped off with a hot pink hooded trench. (Well, it was their date after all) They left at 4:30 and arrived home sometime after my bed time.

The morning after, Isabella climbed into bed with me to spill all the details.  First, she showed off her program.  She pointed out the girl who played Ariel (her new favorite).  Next came the surprise of the show, the eels became electric etc...  She scampered off all giddy. Minutes later, I found she had dressed herself in another princess t-shirt and turned on her CD player in her bedroom.  Here is a snapshot-Isabella dancing and singing. Did you catch the jewelry?

I think it it is safe to say, the daddy daughter date was a success!
