Easter

We made some wonderful memories this Easter.  We started our celebration on
Palm Sunday at St. Anthony's.
It reinforced the importance of faith, culture and heritage for us.
On Good Friday we dyed our eggs; opting for vibrant solids.

Festivities continued at Central Park on Saturday.  The Kiwanis and parks and recreation put on a great community event.  Our kids loved collecting candy, playing games and visting booths.

Yes, we are pet owners again x3

On Sunday Morning we were joined by Grandma and Grandpa
 and
Uncle Steffen for an egg and basket hunt.

A few pictures and a cup of joe before heading to brunch.

We had a great celebration and enjoyed ourselves at brunch....just ask my little lady,
she'll tell ya it was Egg-stra special!

We hope you had a special day.
Happy Easter!

Sunday Pile Up

Sundays are generally reserved as family days around our house. This past Sunday was leisurely with Michael sleeping till nearly ten o'clock (that has NEVER happened).  After breakfast Isabella and I popped over to South Coast Plaza for Easter dress shopping.  Upon returning, we took to the backyard for book reading and outdoor play.  I stretched out on a blanket for what I hoped to be the perfect spot to unwind.  It didn't take long for the trio to sabotage my plans. (The hubs documented it with the camera.)

Isabella took  to snuggling first...but Michael quickly followed.
Before I knew it, Joseph approached ready for action.
It was an all out war with the boys.
The giggles and hollering ensued before I crawled back inside.

Amen for family Sundays!
